Ghost AI, funded by Swift Ventures and AI Fund, is a B2B platform that uses fine-tuned LLMs to automate outbound prospecting and emails for sales teams. I collaborated with the founder (ex-OpenAI) and founding engineer to help build the MVP and scale POC efforts from one to five enterprise clients.

I fine-tuned their LLMs, oversaw and advised on product features and implementations, and strategized with my team on how to build an end-to-end platform to help sales reps spend less time researching in the name of personalization and more time scaling outreach.

Business Development Representative: NoAm Mid-market and APAC Partners

Sumo Logic is a cloud-native machine data analytics company, and they help our customers manage the operations and security of their mission-critical modern applications and infrastructure. They serve over 2100 companies like Adobe, AirBnB, Anheuser Busch, Fidelity Investments, Delta, Salesforce, Sega, Twitter, etc... to improve the customer experience of their end-users.

Sumo’s highly scalable and secure service collects all types of machine data - logs, metrics, events and analyzes this data using machine-learning-driven analytics to identify, troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve performance, security, and compliance issues. I was responsible for handling outreach and business development for NYC/New York State, New Jersey, Delaware, and Latin America, where my outreach focus was on mid-market accounts (Small Business, Midmarket, and Commercial).

I also extended my efforts to provide outreach coverage for Account Executives in the Midwest Enterprise and Midmarket territories when needed. Additionally, I trained newer SDRs in the sales organization on the best practices in communication, demand generation, product & sales enablement, and time management.

COOP.cx

Tech Sales Alumni Specialist

COOP Careers ("ko-op"​) is a nonprofit "overcoming underemployment through digital skills and peer connections."​ We close the social capital gap by recruiting and investing deeply in diverse, low-income, and first-generation grads from the City University of New York, San Francisco State, and other urban public colleges.

COOP’s flagship program is the Digital Apprenticeship. Peer cohorts of 16 motivated, underemployed grads meet nightly for 16 weeks (200 hours) to learn technical skills, build community, and jumpstart careers in digital marketing and data analytics. Each cohort is led by a team of four captains, “near-peer”

COOP alumni who serve as coaches, mentors, and guides on top of busy day jobs at local ad agencies and tech companies. In parallel, COOP helps these same employers meet, interview, and hire more and more diverse candidates. Since 2014, COOP has run 75 cohorts with over 1,000 apprentices, on our way to 10,000 by 2025.

At COOP, I was both an apprentice (SF C92 Data Analytics) and an alumnus that has made my efforts in giving back to the organization by being an alumni specialist, a mentor, and a thought leader for 2 Tech Sales alumni cohorts to help them secure employment at leading SaaS companies. I provided 1:1 counseling, workshops, and job opportunities throughout the 2nd half of 2021. This became an invaluable experience, as I learned how to hold myself accountable for the success of others.
